Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the djsird.com website (the "Service") operated by DJ Sir-D ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services

We provide DJ services for events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and other occasions ("Services"). By booking our Services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

To book our Services, you must agree to a contract and provide the necessary details of the event, including date, time, location, and specific requirements.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Full payment for the Services is due on or before the event date.

We accept payment via Interac e-Transfer.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of Services must be made in writing at least 21 days prior to the event date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the event of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments made in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide adequate space, power outlets, and any necessary equipment for our performance.

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses for the event venue.

Any changes to the event details must be communicated to us in writing at least 21 days prior to the event date.

6. Performance

We will arrive at the event venue at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time to set up our equipment.

Our performance will adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and playlist, with flexibility for reasonable adjustments during the event.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our Services, unless caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 21 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
